Enabling rich content

How do I stop my browser from replacing rich content with small red crosses?
On one site I get the message: "Your browser does not support rich content,
or you have scripts disabled" I don't, so far as I know, have scripts
disabled, so am at a loss as to what to do.

I am using IE 6 and Windows XP Professional

If any kind soul out there could help me I would be so terribly grateful.

Hi Sharon

It looks as though you may not have Quicktime installed on your machine.

Thanks so much Norm for trying to help. The thing is I do have Quicktime
7.4.1 installed - as well as the latest version of Flash player - none of
which help.
