Enabling Remote Desktop and Firewall

Hi, everybody:
I have Windows Server 2003 and Windows XP PRO SP1 workstations. Is there a
way I can enable Remote Desktop and Firewall using GPOs?

For SP1 policies, I am afraid it is not possible.
