ENABLING REMOTE ASSISTANCE

how do i enable remote assistance ive tried doing it via
the registry and through windows and neither of them work
evry time i get invited it says it is either not
installed or disabled on my computer i would be very
gratefull of some help asap

.ive tried using this option m8 but it still doenst work thanks ne way
