Enabling ragistry editing

HI
I can not run regedit on my computer. I don't know how and where to enable
the ragistry editing as i am the adminstrator.

Secondly i bought Norton Anti virus tody from net. I can't install it as the
ragistry is editing is disabled.

Both those problems are symptomatic of virus infection. Go through the
preparatory steps here:

Then run either Sysclean or David Lipman's Multi_AV:

Then follow the rest of the cleanup steps at the first link. You should
then be able to install your new NAV, update it, and do a thorough scan
in Safe Mode.
