I found what looks like a pretty serious bug with either Windows
2000 Server or Proxy Server's winsock client. As soon as you
enable the winsock client, you cannot access either Domain Group
Policy or Domain Controller Group Policy objects. What happens
is that you get an incorrect error message indicating that you
don't have correct access rights to Group Policy Objects.
If you go to Control Panel, disable winsock, and reboot, now
everything works fine.
Is there any workaround for this problem?
