Enabling Personal Storage in Outlook 2003

How do I enable Pesonal Storage in Oulokk 2003?

My company recently upgraded our laptops. I had been saving my oulook files
on my external HDD and now after the upgrage, Outlook cannot find my Personal
Folders. I cannot select Personal Folders or find any personal folders in
Outlook. I receive the message that Personal Storage must be Enabled before
Personal Storage can be activated or used.

Sounds like your IT department has disabled PSTs. Go ask them.
