Enabling cookies

hey
just wanted to know how to enable cookies...i follow the
instructions(ie go to intrnet options,click on security
then custom level) and when i get to custon level..the
cookies enabling option isn't there...what do i do?
 
In Internet Options, instead of clicking on 'Security',
click on 'Privacy'. Then 'advanced'. You will see there
a few options about enabling/disabling cookies.
