enabling add/remove button

hi
i have Xp on my comp
somehow i am not getting add/remove button in add/remove programs .
because 0f this i am not able to uninstall any software .
how to make that

Hi,

Go to the following web site:

http://www.kellys-korner-xp.com/xp_tweaks.htm

Download the Add or Remove Programs Restriction - Undo 146 line (Right hand
side) tweak and run it.

This will display the add/remove option back.
