I have a portable laptop with W2KPro installed. I added a
PNP SCSI device to the docking station, connected the
portable and boot W2K. It fails to detect the SCSI device.
I started the Hardware wizard, but when it finished it
didn't detected the device. I want to enable W2K to detect
the device. What should I do to enable this device?

Please help !!!!

We need specifics here. What device is this? Is the device
turned on and initialized before the laptop is booted? Does
the SCSI controller appear properly in Device Manager?
Is the device terminated properly?

David:

You will have to contact the manufacturer of Notebook and Docking station to see if there
docking station drivers, etc, for Win2K.
You also stated PNP SCSI card. Am I to assume that this is a ISA 16bit card not PCI ?
What the brand make and model of the SCSI interface ?
