enabled cookies but get message to enable cookies from some sites

2 days ago, i started getting messages that i needed to enable cookies=so i
checked and found that cookies were enabled=i re-enabled them just in case
and tried those same sites and continue to get the same mesage that i need to
enable cookied=need help please and thanks
