Enable Remote Desktop and Firewall

Hello everybody:
I have a WS2K3 server and Windows XP PRO SP1 workstations. Is there a way I
can enable Remote Desktop and Firewall using GPOs?

There are GPO settings for some of this as of Win2003.

I don't know all of the setting names but they exist for some
of the items you would wish and the rest could/can be set
through a custom Administrative Template.

If you have trouble finding them just post again;
there are some people here who can quote such
settings but I focus more on getting the concepts
right and being able to look up the details as
needed.
