My laptop has XP-Home. A year ago I installed office 2002. Now when I tried
to move my email from MSN-9 to Outlook I got a pop-up, titled; Microsoft
Office Outlook Connector. The message read; The Outlook Connector Menu and
Toolbar have been disabled. Please contact, http://Support.msn.com. I did
and found no help. I telephoned MSN Support, was cut off twice whil on hold
and the thirdtime transfered to an automated site that was no help. I
un-installed and reinstalled from disc and still get tha same message.
I need help!!!

Thanks, Dennis A Warren

That's a stupid error message... no need to call, just go to Help, about
(after restarting outlook) and click on Disabled items - it should be listed
and you can easily enable it.
