Enable Null Sessions Shares in Windows 2003

Can anyone provide information on how to enable Null Session Shares on
Windows Server 2003. The instructions provided in Microsoft Knowledge
Base article #289655 are for the Windows 2000 environment and do not
seem to work properly in the Windows 2003 environment.
 
There is a security option that you can modify to add to the list of shares
that can be accessed anonymously as shown in the link below.

You will also have to make sure that the security option for " network
access:let everyone permissions apply to anonymous users " is enabled. This
may still not allow a user to access the share without a credential prompt
but if they enter anything into the credential they should gain access.
Another way is to enable guest access on the computer but make sure that
ONLY the share you want to enable anonymous access to has everyone
permissions for the share and folder [ntfs] permissions. --- Steve
