enable macros ?

Everytime I close Outlook 2000 (running win XP), I am
getting a visual basic error statement saying "The macros
in this project are disabled. Please refer to the online
help or documentation of the host application to determine
how to enable macros." I have clicked "tools, macro,
visual basic editor"...and it freezes Outlook.

This problem just appeared out of the blue, and have not a
clue as to the cause or how to fix.

PLEASE HELP !!!!!

Try Tools | Macros | Security, and set it to Medium or Low.
