Hi

I have a big problem. I had a server installed to act as DC (logonserver +
DNS-server) in my new domain and had trusts and everything configured so it
worked with my old domain. I thought :-( .
Now it has caught my attention that the server can't resolve external names
in the DNS and I cann't enable forwarders in my DNS properties. I'm no
expert on this, but we got it to work on a testserver. I think it has
something to do with the active directory installation.?

Does anyone know how to get ths server to enable forwarders?

thanks,
Michael Torsson

Have you removed the root zone (".") from root hints and added your
forwarders IP addresses (your ISPs DNS servers) on the Forwarders tab?

Regards
