Enable/Disable Wireless Connection

My Power Users and Restricted Users are not able to enable
or disable the wireless connection. I have to make them
an Administrator to give them this access, and that is not
an option. Is there any way around this? I gavet the
user full permissions to the wireless connection, but it
didn't make any difference.
 
Try this:
Run > gpedit.msc
User Configuration > Administrative Templates > Network > Network
Connections
Enable "Ability to Enable/Disable a LAN Connection
