enable disable macros warning

I'm trying to run a loop on all the items in the inbox. If an item is a
custom form then I get the enable macros warning. I know that this macros
problem is a hot issue and I read a lot about it. Anyway, I was wondering if
it's possible to configure outlook to always disable macros automatically?

No, but if you access the items using CDO instead of Outlook objects, I
don't think it will fire.
