enable cookies

Can someone please tell me what the problem is with
explorer. I have done everything to enable cookies, yet
everytime i try to log in to a website that requires them
to be enabled it tells me they are not. I know they are,
so whats the problem???

1, Check your cookie settings in:
"Tools/Internet Options/Privacy/Advanced"
Also try adding specific websites to:
"Tools/Internet Options/Privacy/Edit" (add website 'allow').
Shut down IE and re-start after applying any changes.

2, Do you have a firewall (eg ZA) with cookies 'blocked'?
If so, change settings - shut down firewall and re-start it.

Fought prob 4 3 wks!! - Finally found that Firewall also

has cookie setting options - made myself the Administrater
& then set cookie preferences & Bingo - problem solved -
good luck
