Enable Business Contact Manager

I have installed Microsoft 2003 with Business Contact Manager Update SP4 and
when I request Enable Business Contact Manager for Outlook i receive an error
message that it has to be 'Administrator'. As ar as I can see I am logged-on
as Administrator so am I missing something.

Any help appreciated.

Are you on Vista? Try running Outlook as Admin.
