I changed the size of the CE Emulator and saved it as another name. Well
now, no matter which Emulator is selected it comes up with the smaller
emulator.
I even deleted the smaller emulator but it pops up like it never went away.
I've shut down, hard reset, soft reset, everything i cna think
of.......what's going on??

Help!!

Harry

Harry,

You should not have had to reboot the machine. You probably have chosen
Save Emulator State instead of Turn Off Emulator when shuting down the
smaller size emulator instance. Once you do that, the saved state is shared
by all the emulators of the same type. To stop that, you open any emulator
of that type and select Turn Off Emulator when closing it. We are
evaluating this behavior of Visual Studio .NET 2003 and may change it in
the next version.

Thanks Ximing,

I thought that I had closed the Emulator without saving. As a GUI
developer, I find the pop-up dialog confusing....you really have two choices
at the pop-up, one of which is not to shut down the Emulator. I usually
close the Emulator at the x in the control box and get the pop-up. I think
shutting down the Emulator without saving would be another option.

Thanks,
Harry
