Emulator Problem

I have developed a application for PocketPC 2002. To
deploy it i used Emulator. But Its giving an Error.

Error: Cannot establish a connection. Be sure the device
is physically connected to the development computer.

Note: eVC4 emulator is not running.


Pls give the solution... Thnaks in Advance
