IE 6 SP1; If I right click on a link and select "Open in a
New Window" or if the web page itself opens a pop up new
window, the new window frame displays but the contents
area is empty/transparent except for the tool bars at the
top. If I click on the Stop icon and then on Refresh, the
new window displays the contents correctly. I had the
same behavior with IE 5.5 so I upgrded to IE 6 and the
behavior persists. I'm running Win98SE. What's up?

Hi Larry,

Click Start | Run | and type "regsvr32 /i urlmon"

The following fix solves the problem. Based on MSKB article:
http://www.angelfire.com/dragon/sramesh2k/utils/IEFix.exe

Manual procedure: (Microsoft Knowledge article link)
