empty folders in my accessories folder

when I ckick on start, then programmes and I scroll up to my accessories
folder i find that mysystem tools folder,entertainment and
accessabilityfolders empty with my communications with only the fax which i
have in another folder in my programmes scroll can some one tel lme why this
is so & can it be fixed or ....??
