.EML programs won't run in XP?

I can't seem to run small programs that I get in my email as attachments
that end in .eml.
I never had trouble running them in Windows 98 or 98me.
Does anyone know if I need a program to run it or is there some type of
setting in Windows Xp that won't allow me to see these files? If I need
another program to run them would you tell me the name of it and where I
can find it? I have looked on the Web without any success.
I have a pile of them stacking up waiting to be opening.

What e-mail program are you using? If its Outlook Express, see
www.dougknox.com, Win XP Fixes, File Association Fixes, EML File Association

Thanks Doug,
They had a program on their site that worked fine. I have tired a few
forums and looked around on the Internet but was unable to find anything
that handle the eml files.
