i have recently deleted the items in my recycle bin. I
now need to retrive a few small but important items. is
there a way to retrive these items without it costing me a
pretty penny and is there a way that i can do it myself ?
can anyone give me some pointers to retrive these files.

Hi -

Do a Google search for "undelete", and you'll see several products
that should be able to help you out. Keep in mind that ANY disk
activity can potentially overwrite the files you need to recover, so
try to avoid using the computer in question (if possible) until you
can try the recovery.
