Does anyone know a third program to create a emergency disk repair on windows
NT, 2K and 2K3 or as to redirect the emergency disk repair content? or
Does anyone knows some way to redirect the content of an emergency repair
disc?

To what end? The ERD structure between Windows NT and Windows 2000 are quite
different, and there is no ERD with Windows 2003.

The registry backup for Windows NT is stored on the floppy compressed and
also written to %systemroot%\repair directory. For Windows 2000 the registry
backup is written to %systemroot%\repair\regback directory. For Windows 2003
the registry backup is written to %systemroot%\repair.
