Is there a way to create an emergency boot disk in XP home?
A few options available to you:
--The XP CD is bootable (retail CD and some OEM CDs)
--Windows Explorer can create a MS-DOS boot floppy (it's one of the Format
options)
--There's a multiple disk set for running XP setup:

--And a single disk that can be used to boot to the operating system:
