emerge the break apart message

I received the messages which were broken apart from OutlookExpress users, however, I could not merge these mails in Outlook 2003. How can I do it?
 
You can't; split up mails can only be regenerated by the same mail client.
This is most likely the reason why they dropped support for this since
Outlook 2002 (if I'm not mistaken)
