Hello,

i'm looking for a way to embed a powerpoint presentation (ppt or pps file)
into a HTML file. I know there's the "export as html" fuction available, but
we have customers, that want to embed their own powerpoint slides, and we
cannot force them to convert their slides into html and embed them
theirselves. I've searched google and the whole msdn, but didnt found
anything about it. I thought it could be possible in the OBJECT-style. We've
tried several ways with inline frames, but then we dont have control over
the way powerpoint shows the content, and IE trys to download the file
instead of showing it, only a click to "open from current location" forces
IE to show the slide in-place. I also found the "Office XP Web Component
Toolpack", but this only includes excel and pivot table functions.
We only need compatibility to IE5 and higher, no sucking netscape.

Any help (a CLASSID / syntax / example for the OBJECT tag would be very
helpful) would be appreciated, thanks in advance.

Mit freundlichen Grüßen / Best regards
Alexander Gräf
