Embedding Video

I know it is not smart, but my situation call for it. How do I get
a video file to embed with the PTT presentation file?

Video clips are always linked never embedded.

What is it you are trying to achieve? Maybe there is a workaround

If it won't go with Insert, Object, Create From File, I don't know that it
WILL go.

There is a long explanation that makes since but lets just
say that I want to take one slide in a 150 slide show and create it own PPT
file for it with the .AVI file embedded inside of it, for a reason that
makes since. I thought there was an option somewhere the allowed you to
increase the Kb size limitation for embedding file but I can;t file it.

That's the option for "sounds" only not video
