Embedding video into Powerpoint 2007

I have an online class we are supposed to give a research presentation in.
Since we dont meet to actually give the presentation, we are to either put
notes in or record audio. Both of these I know how to do, but I'd like to
take it up a notch and make a video with and embedded ppt or a ppt with an
embedded video that can run continuiously with the presentation. Any
thoughts?
