embedding music in powerpoint presentation

I have tried and failed at every attempt. I donot want to link this music to
my presentation. please tell me how I can embed my music. Also, I've tried
increasing the allowable size o embedded files.
 
The only music files that can be embedded are wav files. all others are linked Which type of music file are you using?
