Embedding mp3/sound onto the email

Hi there,

I am currently using Outlook 2007 but Word 2003...i just want to know how
can i embed music/sound onto the email so that when friends receive the sound
email, they could hear it automatically without clicking any button on the
email screen.

I wouldn't, if I were you, if you want to keep your friends.
