Yes you can. The easiest way to go here is to create an HTML template with
FrontPage and insert the Flash object. Place the Flash object on a webserver
so people can reach it. Note that this won't work of course when you are
sending plain text or when the receiver can only receive plain text.
Signatures are stored in C:\Documents and Settings\%username%\Application
Data\Microsoft\Signatures
