I need to embed a mp3 file in my presentation so I can email it. I have gone
to Tools> Options> General and I have changed "Link file sizes greater than
......Kb" to 50000kb. What am I forgetting to do? Do I need to convert
mp3's? If so, how do I do that and what do I need to convert it to?

Short answer you can't the only files that get embedded, are .wav files. do a
google search for mp3 to wav and you should turn up a number of them.

In addition to what Mike said, when you convert an MP3 to a WAV you can expect
the WAV to be 9-10 times larger. You can figure that a 5MB MP3 will become a
50MB WAV. That makes email impossible. To email a presentation with linked
files, use WinZip to pack them to a single file and mail that. Explain the the
end user that they should unzip the file to a folder on their hard drive and
play it from there.

you may want to check another program from acdsee? photo angelo?
something..which allows you to create a picture slideshow ,add mp3 and make
a .exe
...its pretty basic
there are a few programs search in google
