Hello everyone.

at first, please excuse my mistakes, as english is not my mothertounge.

ive got a problem. i want do make a powerpoint and add a video. but
when i save the presentation as usual as a *.ppt file, powerpoint will
only save a link to the video. it won't save the video in the *.pps
file. Its noticeable at the filesize of the *.ppt. Is there a way to
get the whole thing into the *.ppt file? so that i dont have to cope
with putting all required files into one folder?

Thanks a lot for reading and perhaps answering my question.

greets, Christian

Afraid not, video is always linked. You may want to look at PFCExpress
(free add in) that will take care of bundling everything together.
