embed video

I converted my video into a flash file so that it's properly embedded into
the PowerPoint. It works really well although, obviously it does mean a much
larger file size. I just couldn't trust my users to make sure they copied
the video file to the right location. It also seems to be quicker at
launching the video when you get to the slide with the video on it.
 
The big drawback to this is many people don't have the flash player
installed on their machiens while all windows machines do have the media
player installed.
