If you are developing your application in C++, see Windows Media Player SDK
for information on embedding WMP OCX. For managed applications unfortunately
OCX hosting is not supported

Check out www.fmod.org , they have an awesome library that is free for
developers to use and really decently priced for Shareware Apps. They also
have a good support forum where people can answer your questions. Good

Dear All:
I'm going to develop a application in PPC. I hope that I could play media
files and know the exact time position in my app.
Does anyone know how to do that in PPC2003 ?
I'm very appreciated any suggestion.

i have a experience in embedding WMP Control on PocketIE and then embedd the
PocketIE on EVC++ appliaction which will work on any pocket pc 2003 and 2002
versions
