Embed Flash

I use Camtasia to make tutorials and short news programs for our school.
Nothing could be easier. Rendering from Camtasia produces all the files
necessary to make a nice neat flash video and even creates its own html
page. Now... for the news programs, I've been asked to have the video
'appear in a TV set', like this: www.watchalextv.com

For the life of me, I cannot figure out how to do this...

I have figured out how to embed the flash file in a new page, without using
the one Camtasia created. (Yeah!)

But, when I add a picture of a TV, it will only go above or below the place
holder for the Flash file.

I can't position the TV behind the place holder for the Flash file, or place
the Flash file over the TV, lining it up so it looks like it's 'on TV'

Likewise, I can't put the TV over the place holder for the Flash file - I
thought if I created a .jpg or .png with transparency where the screen is
supposed to be I could place it over the place holder.

I fooled around with adding a layer and could place the TV over the Flash
marker, but I couldn't reposition the Flash file to line it up with the
screen. besides the fact in PhotoShop, the screen is transparent and when
previewing the file in my browser, it's not.

Any help would be appreciated.

Thanks

It must all be done w/ flash (overlays)
The clear overlay - ClearOverPlaySeekMute.swf
The "Monitor" is part of the flash file vol5.swf

Thanks! That worked. Right now, it's rather ugly 'cause I haven't figured
out how to keep the layers aligned, but I've got the general idea. On thing
puzzles me though. I can do this with .swf, but not .flv.

Another thing, It only worked on the test page I made in DreamWeaver, not
the one I made in FP 2003. I tried 'Insert Web Components' > Movie in Flash
Format, but it didn't work.

Yes - that's because the swf runs client-side in the Flash plugin, but flv
needs to be streamed from the server. I think.

DW 8.0.2 contains a fix to automatically trap inserted media and adjust it
to comply with the EOLAS ruling. FP2003 predates this ruling by quite a
bit, so you would need to manually adjust the code, using the method
outlined in the deconcept blog.
