Hi,
I have an excel spreadsheet with a number of charts which are derived from
data within the spreadsheet.
I normally "cut&paste" the charts into a Powerpoint slide each week.

Is there anyway to "Link" the spreadsheet and powerpoint together, so that
the PP shows the updated chart each week, and I can then save the PP with
another name?

Thanks

Dave,
Have you tried Paste linking the Excel chart?
Select the chart, copy, go to PPT, choose Edit - Paste special - choose the
radio button paste link on your left and click OK.
Every time you open the presentation it will as you if you want to update
the chart.
You can also do it manually, Edit - Links - select the link and select the
radio button manually at the bottom of the dialogue.
