Hi Louis,
Thanks for your posting here.
This behavior is quite weird. Please double check if there is any rule or
Junk mail filter on the problematic Outlook client.
Also, you can perform the following steps to trouble shooting the issue:
1. New Outlook profile
=============
Please create a new profile to isolate the issue.
For the steps on how to create a new profile, refer to the following
Microsoft Knowledge Base (KB) article:
287072 OL2002: How to Create a New E-mail Profile for Outlook
http://support.microsoft.com/?id=287072
2. Outlook Safe Mode
=================
a. Click Start, and then point to Programs.
b. Press CTRL while you click the shortcut for Outlook that you want to
start.
c. Hold down CTRL until you receive a message similar to the following:
"Outlook has detected that you are holding down the CTRL key. Do you want
to start Outlook in safe mode?" Click Yes.
In addition, collect the following information:
1. Test the issue using OWA.
2. Test the problematic account on a nice account.
3. Use some good account on the problematic workstation, and check the
result.
Hope this helps. Have a nice day!
Thanks & Regards
Alan Sun

|Has anyone ever experienced some emails going directly to
