I can't open any attachments.
I think I need a file associate. But don't know where to
find it. It was opening up in abobe photoshop. I just had
to delete that program. As it was acting so crazy, and of
course it wouldn't open up any attachments.

are you using outlook express?
if so, go to 'tools', 'options' and open the 'security' tab.
uncheck the box that says 'do not allow me to open attachments that contain
viruses...'
before you do this, make sure you have adequate anti virus software
installed, such as norton.
