We are a small office using the following applications: Windows XP and Vista,
Office 2003 and 2007. We are having problems with duplicate emails. This
happens with and without attachments and when we send and receive. Sometimes
the duplicates are one or two but sometimes it can be up to 14 or 15 copies.
Are you able to advise what the problem could be?

The most common cause of this is having your antivirus configured to
actively scan incoming and outgoing email messages. Especially if the
send/receive interval is set to run too frequently (more often than every 10
minutes). Try setting the send/receive interval to 10 minutes.

Alternatively, antivirus would have to be uninstalled and then reinstalled
but omitting the email scanning feature.
