I've got HP Home and IE6. I use OE for my emails.
But quite a number are never recd by the recipients, and upon my phoning
them for replies, they say they never got it. A number of my email contacts
tell me this. But I do not sense anything wrong at my side. After sending a
msg, it does appear in the Sent Items folder as per normal.
TIA

As you suspect, if a copy of your message appears in Sent Items folder, the
message was sent. The problem must lie somewhere further down the line,
Ben.

If you send yourself a message, do you get it?

Tell them to temporarily disable their anti-spam filters (server- or
client-side) to see if they get another test e-mail from you.
