Emails not sending

I hope someone can help with this problem. When I select a contact from my
contacts list it comes up in the 'To' box as John
Smith([email protected]), and it won't send the email. If i want it to
go i have to delete the name at the beginning so just the actual email
address is in the box. if i am sending to many people i have to go through
the entire list and edit every entry. I am using Vista.

Check the contact record for that recipient. Perhaps you have the
e-mail address wrongly specified. After all, you want an e-mail address
specified, not "name(email)" which is invalid syntax for an e-mail
address.
