Emails not coming through from my website

I recently had a corrupt user profile and a wiped system restore (whats the
point of having system restore if MS wipes it)? I have imported all my pst
files to my new user and set up my email accounts as per hosts instructions.
It all logs on ok but no emails are coming through. I can only access them
through webmail, they simply don't get delivered to Outlook. Why is this so
and what can I do to get it up and running again?

Generally you open outlook, and from the accounts run the test mail, then
report back on any err.msgs

thanks for responding but it isn't showing any errors at all. I've done that already :-(

thanks but I've tried taht already but don't actually get any reported errors :-(
 
Do you actually receive the test msg, in Outlook?
Have you checked, within Outlook the View settings?
