emails not being delivered

Hi can anyone shed some light on this mystery, i have used the same email
address from hotmail to another person for a long time and suddenly for every
5 i send they will receive 1 maybe. They use o2.co.uk and also windows mail .
If none were going through this may make some sense but like today ,have
sent 12 in total and they have only received the 1st one of the day ! please
any suggetsions would be much appreciated. All other emails being delivered
,but there receiving all others 2.
 
If they are getting an error message they need to copy and paste it here for
analysis. Alternately, an antivirus program may be interfering on either
end - yours or theirs. If you send the same 12 emails to yourself, are all
received? Is their something in the emails that may cause them to be
identified or considered Junk or Spam by their email provider - have they
checked those folders? Filtering for Junk and Spam can be done at the
webmail access as well as in the email program (WLM) or antivirus. There
are many places to check for these missing emails or filtering.
 
Your recipient needs to check the Junk E-mail folder in their
Windows Mail, and also the Spam folder in their webmail.
