I have a user (Outlook 2003, Windows XP) that he has an email profile on one
computer. He wanted another computer setup, so I set up Outlook 2003 on
another computer. All of a sudden the emails from the primary computer
disappeared and showed up on the secondary computer. All new emails went into
the secondary computer. I need this feature to stop. Could you please help?

Are you using Outlook as a POP3 client or are you using it as an Exchange
Server client?

We are using it as an Exchange Server

On the second computer, I wager you've created a PST and that you have set
that PST as the delivery locaiton, which would cause that Outlook to
download the messasges from the Exchange server to the PST and then remove
them from the server.

What would be your suggestion to stop this from happening yet allow both
computers get the emails?

Change the delivery location on the second computer to be the Exchange
mailbox.

Where exactly would I do this change?

The "Deliver new e-mail to the following location" drop-down at the bottom
left of Tools>E-mail Accounts>Next.
