I'm a new user to BCM (Office 2007 on XP). After using a generic email I've
set up in Outlook to continually reuse and allocate a folder to save the sent
file in, I've found that if you look in the folder as you send it you can see
the email save into the folder and then shortly afterwards it deletes. I'm
then unable to find the email or any reference to it. It is embarrasing
having to ask for the email to be sent back so that i have a record. Any
assistance would be greatly appreciated.

I'm not aware of BCM ever deleting emails in Outlook. Sent emails are
normally in the Sent Items folder. If it was deleted, look for it in
the Outlook Deleted Items folder.

Thank you for your advice, however the lost emails are not in the 'delted'
folder but after doing a related search (after asking for an emaiol to be
send back from a client) I found that it was maved to a folder called
"Conflicts" which I also cant find. Any suggestions?

I'm not familiar with the Conflicts folder, but again: It is Outlook
that's doing the mailing and managing the email folders. Prehaps
they'll know more in the microsoft.public.outlook group.

Hi Luther, thank you for your assistance. It appears to be associated with
a synchronisation erros. If you do a help search for "conflicts folder" it
provides with some info and the folder does exist it's just that it doesn't
display???? The help does not identify how you get it to display.
