I have a database that works to a tee. I wanted to add a command button that sends the previewed report to a e-mail receipient. I know the basics to make the button by just selecting MAIL REPORT. The problem I'm having is the way the report is sent. I want it to look exactly as the report is displayed. I tried all the various ways to send it (rtf, html, txt, etc.), but its all askew. What way can I send it so it looks the same as it is displayed . I am using Access 2003

there's only two formats that will support the actual display of the report
as you see it on the screen. One is Access own built in Snapshot format
(specify acFormatSNP in the SendMail Method). With this your receipient
must have the Snapshot viewer installed, which is freely downloadable from
MS's web site.

Your other alternative is to print the file to a PDF document using any
number of PDF printer drivers out there and then mail that file to the
recipient.
